Digital Service Nature

InvoiceReminder.co is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. Once you purchase access to our service, you immediately gain access to all features and can begin using the service right away. Due to the instant-access nature of digital services, our refund options are limited.

Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial to all new users. This trial gives you full access to all features with no credit card required. We strongly encourage you to take advantage of this trial period to evaluate whether InvoiceReminder.co meets your needs before making a purchase.

Refund Eligibility

Due to the digital nature of our service, we generally do not offer refunds after purchase. However, refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical problems that prevent you from using the service, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Duplicate Payments: If you were charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a system error.

Non-Refundable Situations

How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7-14 business days. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of your access period. If you have used the service during your access period, a refund will not be provided for the remaining unused time.

Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company, we kindly request that you contact our support team first. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in permanent suspension of your account.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, your subscription will not auto-renew and you won't be charged again unless you subscribe again.
