Welcome to InvoiceReminder.co. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and invoice reminder service. By accessing and using our service, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully before creating an account or making any purchases.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for an account, accessing, or using InvoiceReminder.co, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
InvoiceReminder.co is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that automatically sends invoice reminder emails to your clients on your behalf. Our service helps freelancers and small businesses get paid faster by sending polite, professional reminder emails when invoices become overdue.
3. Use of the Service
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our service or make purchases.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your email and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration and when adding invoice data.
- Lawful Use: You may not use our service for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to sending harassing, fraudulent, or spam emails.
- Client Consent: You represent that you have a legitimate business relationship with the clients you add to InvoiceReminder.co and that you are authorized to contact them regarding invoice payments.
4. Payments and Pricing
- Subscription Plans: InvoiceReminder.co uses subscription-based pricing. Choose from 1-month, 3-month, or 6-month plans that auto-renew at the end of each period.
- Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your settings page. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
- Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without notice. Any price changes will not affect your current active subscription period.
- Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely. We do not store your full payment card details.
5. Free Trial
New users receive a 7-day free trial with access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, your access will be paused until you purchase a plan. Your data will be preserved during this time.
6. Access Expiration
When your access period expires, your reminder emails will be paused, but your account and all associated data (invoices, settings) will be preserved. You can renew your access at any time to resume sending reminders. We do not delete your data upon expiration.
7. Email Sending
- Reminder emails are sent from our system email address (noreply@invoicereminder.co) on your behalf.
- Your configured sender name will appear in the email, and client replies will be directed to your reply-to email address.
- We send reminders according to the schedule you configure: 3 days, 7 days, and 14 days after the invoice due date.
- We do not guarantee email deliverability as it depends on various factors including recipient email provider settings.
8. User Content and Data
- You retain ownership of all invoice data and files you upload to InvoiceReminder.co.
- By using our service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you provide.
9. Intellectual Property
All content and materials on our website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and software, are protected by intellectual property rights and are the property of InvoiceReminder.co or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from our website without our prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall InvoiceReminder.co, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our service. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Loss of revenue or profits
- Failure to receive payments from your clients
- Email delivery failures or delays
- Data loss or unauthorized access
- Service interruptions or downtime
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
InvoiceReminder.co is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We make no warranties regarding the results that may be obtained from using the service.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions or are using the service in a manner that could harm other users or our reputation. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify, update, or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
